Stephens County Sheriff’s Deputies to Patrol Area Near Road Work

Starting Wednesday, June 17, at 7:00 a.m. there will be road work on County Road 209 and 208. We will be chip sealing these roads and traffic will be affected. Road work is expected to last all day.

COUNTY ROAD 206

On Thusday, June 18, at 7:00 a.m. road work will begin on County Road 206 and expected to last all day. We will be chip sealing this road also, and traffic will be affected. We ask that all residents in this area to plan ahead on travels.

Vehicles will be able to pass our equipment and road crew but will need to carefully. Roads will not be shut down but will be congested with truck traffic and construction equipment.

Please be aware and courteous to construction workers. Please drive slow and carefully around equipment.
